Vox Nutrition's Response to Amazon's New Seller Requirements

Amazon has arguably been the #1 platform for selling supplements online for years. It has helped many supplement companies find success. it’s almost hard to remember a time before Amazon dominated the industry.

Recently though Amazon has updated many of its policies when it comes to selling supplements. Amazon will now be requiring additional product information and “Letters of Guarantee”(LoG) for sellers, selling dietary supplements.

We want our customers to know there is no reason to panic! We’re here to help you understand the new requirements and provide you with everything you need to keep on selling.

What Vox Is Doing

At Vox, we are taking these new requirements seriously and without delay. To better serve you, and the requirements of Amazon we are creating the following;

  • A more robust product Certificate of Analysis (COA) to include:
    • Product Specifications
    • Test methods
    • Test results
  • Letter of Guarantee indicating adherence to current:
    • Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in accordance with FDA section 402(f)

We Are Creating A New Division To Help

We submitted several test packages to Amazon and reviewed the new information requirements in order to figure out exactly what Amazon wants and how we can help you meet the new requirements.

We have decided to create a new division within our company to specifically help handle Amazon compliance. This new division will be set in place to specifically help our customers gather and submit properly formatted paperwork Amazon is now requiring private label supplement sellers to provide.
