Welcome to the new Vox Nutrition. Take a tour of our new facility with CEO Charlie Estes and see how Vox Nutrition is dedicated to producing top-quality supplement products for consumers.
As Charlie guides us on a virtual tour of the facility, we get an inside look at the various stages of production, from receiving and sampling the raw materials to blending and encapsulating the finished products.
First up, we are at receiving, where products are brought in and taken to small lab sampling rooms for testing to ensure they meet the high standards of quality expected at Vox Nutrition. From there, the products go upstairs to be staged in a special area before being weighed and blended.
One of the standout features of the facility is its efficient layout, with an “over-under” concept designed to minimize the distance the products need to travel. This design is particularly evident in the top-feed blending and top-feed encapsulation rooms, which are located on the facility’s second floor. Being on the second floor allows for easy access to the blending and encapsulation equipment below.
Speaking of encapsulation, the facility boasts nine different encapsulation rooms, all together capable of producing 7 million capsule supplements per day. Being top-fed encapsulation machines allows for a continuous flow of production throughout the day. In addition, the capsules are stored in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain their quality and integrity.
Next are the bottling lines, which lead directly into the warehouse. This design allows the product to be immediately packaged for shipment or sent to labeling for further customization. The facility has multiple bottling lines, each tailored to a specific product, such as organic or allergen-free products.
Not to be forgotten are the many other departments that work alongside manufacturing to deliver an industry-leading product.
The tour comes to a close at the 24/7 on-site fitness center exclusively for Vox employees. Charlie sums it up perfectly: “We believe that health and nutrition go hand in hand.” This fitness center is one of the ways Vox Nutrition demonstrates its dedication to the health and well-being of its team members.
